The future of work and society depend on young people developing EF and SEL skills to build a better world. EF & SEL are gaining momentum globally, but schools need to commit to prioritizing the development of these abilities in students to see real change. One-off activities and PD days won’t cut it. Students need regular and consistent support to stay on track and overcome obstacles like stress that gets in the way of their progress.
